Reviews use structured prompts for objectives, feedback, support, and outcomes, and each record can be sealed as a PDF export with a SHA-256 fingerprint for a defensible paper trail. It’s built for UK employers with roughly 5 to 50 staff, not as a full HR suite, so there’s no payroll, holiday management, or SSO.
It’s explicit about its limits: ProbationWatch organizes dates and records, it doesn’t decide whether a dismissal or extension is lawful, and the site points employers toward qualified HR or legal advice for case-specific decisions.
