A voice note between jobs, a pasted thread, a photo of a quote, or a spreadsheet gets turned into tracked promises, flagged risks, and open money questions, then rolled into one evidence-linked morning brief showing what needs a decision, what is overdue, and who is blocked.

Every fact traces back to the words it came from, so nothing enters the record without a source. That receipts-first approach is the core trust mechanic: if Lumi can’t point to where something came from, it doesn’t get written down.

Who it’s for

Owner-run businesses of roughly 5 to 100 people, contractors, distributors, clinics, agencies, trading houses, and service firms that already live in group chats rather than dedicated software.
