WP Base is fixed-fee WordPress maintenance for small businesses that want their site handled properly without agency overhead. Core, plugin, and theme updates, daily backups, uptime monitoring, and security scanning are covered by a monthly retainer, and the work is done by one person who knows the site rather than passed around a team. If something breaks at 9pm on a Tuesday, there’s a person to email, not a ticket queue.
It starts with a free audit: a genuine review of performance, security, and UX, followed by a prioritized plan of what needs doing now, what can wait, and what it costs. From there an ongoing retainer keeps everything current, with a monthly report so you can see exactly what’s been done.
Plans run £99/month (Silver, 5 hours), £169/month (Gold, 10 hours, most popular), and £239/month (Platinum, 15 hours), billed monthly or annually with two months free on annual, plus custom retainers for agencies. It’s a rolling arrangement with no lock-in, and while WordPress is the specialism, migrations from Squarespace, Wix, and other platforms are part of the work too.
